I came across this recent article by Graham Cooke describing the experience of the senior pastor and his wife unexpectedly losing their daughter. It captures what we want to be as people who believe in Jesus in the midst of all the shadows, trials and joys of life. It’s why we pray, and soak, and invite the Holy Spirit to transform our hearts to stand firm and joyfully and confidently do battle – all the time and every day.
